Customer satisfaction matters to us. If your item was damaged in transit, Fontecchio's Food Products LLC has a 100% refund/replacement guarantee. We offer refunds or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To start the refund/replacement process contact us by email at refund@fontecchiosfoods.com. Please include your information and details of the damage.

• Please attach a photo of proof of damage
• To complete your return/refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
REFUND METHOD
Returned items not exchanged for another item will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
